Advancing People Multilingual are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with fluency in Spanish and Italian to be responsible for managing the order entry to cash process and delivering outstanding customer service to a range of commercial key accounts.

- Manage customer orders from order entry to billing.
- Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries.
- Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations.
- Resolve customer complaints and invoice queries.
- Raise credits and adjustments on customer accounts.
- Ensure relevant information relating to customer orders and deliveries is communicated in a timely manner.
- Ensure that customer account records are kept up to date.
The successful candidate will have fluency in BOTH Spanish AND Italian alongside excellent interpersonal skills and experience within a customer service or office environment would be preferable. A strong and confident telephone manner is also essential.
In return our client is offering a salary of between £22,500 and £24,000 (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, Pension and Life Assurance.
