Sales Support Executive - French Speaking

Job Description

Advancing People are working on behalf of a large international manufacturer who are looking to recruit a French speaking Sales Support Executive based in Ledbury, Herefordshire.

This superb account management and sales support role is coordinating field sales across Europe, helping field sales with quotations, managing key accounts, providing marketing and technical information and being the channel that aids communication between the distributors, sales and production staff.

Role Duties

  • Processing orders, enquiries and account activity onto the CRM System;
  • Being the day to day account contact for European based clients;
  • Processing export paperwork; stock checking, arranging samples and stocks for events
  • Liaising with production and suppliers;
  • Facilitating email marketing campaigns;
  • Helping with quotations;
  • Organising event bookings
  • Taking inbound sales enquiries;

Key Skills

  • Fluent in French
  • Strong customer focus or sales background and professional approach
  • Experience working as a sales administrator, sales support executive, customer service advisor or account manager
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude

In return our client is offering a basic salary of £25,000 along with an excellent benefits package and OTE of £28,000 +
