German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for their client based in Harlow, Essex.

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling customer orders, enquiries and complaints via phone, email and marketplace websites

Deliver high quality customer service

Processing customer refunds and returns

Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet

Be proactive in the area of Customer retention

General Administration such as mailing list cleaning

Liaising with key departments including warehouse and purchasing team

Person Specification:

Native/ Fluent German

Strong customer focus and professional approach

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (composing emails)

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good computer skills

Positive "can do" attitude

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £20,000 - £22,000 + attractive company benefits.
