German Speaking Business to Business Consultant

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Business to Business Consultant for their client based in Dorset.

Most recently our client were acquired by private equity fund Ares Management and made the decision in 2016 to make all employees shareholders. As a result, the business is now 25% employee owned. Today the unique Brand look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out around the world. Even with more than 60 showrooms worldwide and a global network of stockists, they've never forgotten their local Dorset roots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the annual budget creation and re-forecasting as required.
* Ensure a right first time approach through accurate processing of orders
* Work in Partnership with Lead Generation Manager to cleanse, develop, update and harvest leads whilst building awareness and affinity to the business.
* Influence partners to adopt B"B processing to recuce manual activity, improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage relationships to build a pipeline of leads with key decision makers.

Person Specification:

* Planning and Organisation - high levels of Customer service to achieve key goals and maximise your potential with key accounts
* Must be FLUENT in German
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Personable with gravitas within the industry and with key decision makers
* Be pro-active and able to take ownership
* Line Management experience with proven ability to lead, coach and set business targets aligned with company objectives

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £20,000 + attractive company benefits.
