German Speaking Business Development Executive

Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking EU Business Development Executive for their client based in London.

Our client creates luxury products for Hotels and Restaurants on an International basis.


  • Working with call lists and other available sources (internet, LinkedIn, Trade Media etc.) to generate new opportunities, passing high value qualified opportunities to the account management team for further follow up
  • 80% of time to be spent on proactive lead generation, tracking and recording all activities in the CRM database
  • Answering inbound sales calls, and ensuring enquiries are passed on to the relevant internal personnel for follow up and completion
  • Delivery of personal sales performance targets and KPIs and meeting all MSOP at all times
  • Providing cover for other personnel when required


  • Minimum 1 years' experience in an active sales or client support role. Some experience within Hospitality is desirable but not essential
  • Confident when working directly with a client on the phone & face to face
  • Willing to travel for business - anticipated at approx. 3 times per annum
  • Is proactive, and demonstrates a high level of self-management and initiative
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills

Role KPIs:

  • Personal Sales revenue targets by quarter
  • Regional Sales revenue targets by quarter
  • Conversion rates on Qualified Opportunities to Quotes and Quotes to Orders
  • Any relevant NPD or specific category / range targets

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £22,000.
