French Speaking Internal Sales

Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual has a fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Internal Sales Representative to join a dynamic team.

Based within the Sales team, your will work closely with the external sales team based in France to increase profitable sales. You will provide excellent service to customers and contribute to the achievement of regional sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive outgoing sales calls (prospecting, promotions, quotation follow through and conversion) & customer service on inbound calls
  • Building relationships with field sales team and wholesalers
  • Working closely with UK based customer service and operations to ensure smooth flow of information
  • Providing technical responses and advice on inbound calls to meet and exceed customers' expectations
  • Raising relevant quotes on time and accurately and following up all quotes within agreed timescale
  • Ensuring all relevant information in completed and updated on CRM systems

Job requirements:

  • French is your native language (essential) / fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • Sales or customer service experience in France or with French customers (essential)
  • Enthusiasm and a pro-active attitude
  • Numerate and commercially aware
  • Experience with customer databases/CRM systems (desirable)

Salary: £22,000.00 - £24,000.00 per year + Bonus (7k/year)
