French Speaking Business Development Manager

Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a French Speaking Business Development Manager for their client based in London.

Our client creates luxury products for Hotels and Restaurants Internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Account Management Team
  • Responding to reactive enquiries and Opportunities within the region
  • Developing relationships with Key Stakeholders for each hotel opening project: Architects, Designers, Procurement
  • Responsible for providing cover for Account Manager and Business Development Executives when required
  • Identify, win and close new business within large organisations

Skills/Experience:

  • Willing to travel for business in line with MSOP
  • Fluent in French and Arabic
  • Experience working with and promoting distributors as re-sellers of a retail product
  • Confident when working directly with a client on the phone & face to face
  • Personable and with gravitas to find and interact with key customer decision makers within the 5-Star and Luxury Goods Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
  • Experience of working within a sales team - supporting field sales and account managers

Role KPIs:

  • Personal Sales revenue targets by quarter
  • Regional Sales revenue targets by quarter
  • Conversion rates on Qualified Opportunities to Quotes and Quotes to Orders
  • Any relevant NPD or specific category / range targets

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £30,000.
