Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Operator for their client based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

As a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Operator it will be your responsibility to work with clients, primarily those based in the Welsh speaking region and covering the Welsh speaking clients, providing the best advice and putting necessary procedures in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Assist with new customer's enquiries
  • Process queries received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • Be understanding of the clients' needs.
  • Assist with Emergency Personal Care
  • Assisting with Emergency Housing

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in Welsh
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Have a caring nature

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £25,000 - £27,000 + attractive company benefits.
