Advancing People - Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Care Advisor for their client based in Watford

As a French Speaking Customer Care Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with Clients and Customers based in the French speaking region. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and face-to-face contact and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Person Specification 

  • Fluent in French
  • Previous experience working in a customer service/call centre/Retail/Hospitality environment
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgement/problem solving skills when making decisions
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Good computer skills
  • Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines in order to meet customer needs
  • Positive "can do" attitude

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of up-to £18,000 - £20,000
