Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for French Speaking Account Manager for their client based in London.
Our client enables premium hospitality brands to deliver exceptional customer service experience.
You will be required to lead the Distributor Support team, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales generation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the annual budget creation and re-forecasting as required.
* Collaborate with Design, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure we are meeting client requests, needs and continually improving.
* Work in Partnership with Lead Generation Manager to cleanse, develop, update and harvest leads whilst building awareness and affinity to the Craster brand.
* To attend main trade shows and events as required.
* Manage relationships to build a pipeline of leads with key decision makers.
* Fluent in French
* Planning and Organisation - high levels of Customer service to achieve key goals and maximise your potential with key accounts
* Strong customer focus and professional approach
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Personable with gravitas within the industry and with key decision makers
* Proactive, takes ownership
* Line Management experience with proven ability to lead, coach and set business targets aligned with company objectives
*Sales experience within the Hospitality Industry
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with a Quarterly Bonus+ attractive company benefits.
